The Candidate Experience Review is a two-day assessment of every touchpoint in your hiring journey; from the moment a candidate first encounters your brand to the point they accept or decline your offer.

I work through your process from the candidate's perspective. I look at what they see, what they are asked to do, how long things take, how they are communicated with, and how they are treated at every stage. I identify where the experience breaks down, where your competitors are likely doing it better, and what changes will have the most immediate impact.
