I have spent over 20 years working in and around recruitment, across in-house teams and growing businesses of all shapes and sizes. I know what good hiring looks like. I also know what gets in the way of it.
I set up MBB Fractional Talent to give businesses access to the kind of senior talent leadership that usually only larger organisations can afford. Practical, embedded, and focused on real outcomes rather than reports and recommendations that gather dust.
I am usually brought in when hiring feels stuck, complicated, or underperforming. My job is to diagnose what is going on, fix the process, and get things moving. I work directly with your leadership team, your hiring managers, and where needed, your agency suppliers. There is no handoff to a junior. You get me.
