How We Work & Pricing
Every organisation is different, and so is the support they need.

I work in a practical, flexible way — taking the time to understand your context, your challenges, and what you’re trying to achieve before shaping the right approach. There’s no fixed playbook or one-size-fits-all model, just a focus on what will deliver the most impact
How We Work
My approach is straightforward and collaborative.
I work closely with leaders and teams to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to talent delivery — whether that’s through embedded leadership, focused project work, or short-term support. The emphasis is always on practical outcomes, not unnecessary complexity.
Ways of Working
Fractional Talent Leadership
Ongoing, embedded support providing senior talent leadership without the commitment of a full-time hire.

Project & Transformation Support
Defined pieces of work with clear outcomes, timelines, and ownership.

Diagnostics & One-Off Support
Short, focused reviews or interventions designed to bring clarity and direction.

Interim & Cover Support
Time-bound support to provide continuity during periods of change, absence, or increased demand.
Pricing
Pricing is shaped around the work required, not simply time spent.
Most support is agreed as a monthly retainer or fixed project fee, based on the scope, complexity, and pace of the engagement. This keeps things transparent, predictable, and focused on outcomes rather than hours.
All pricing is discussed openly at the outset, with clear expectations and no hidden costs.

As a guide, typical starting points are:

Fractional Talent Leadership
Typically from £1,750 per month

Project & Transformation Support
Typically from £3,000 per project

Diagnostics & One-Off Support
Typically from £950

Interim & Cover Support
Typically from £450 per day

Ad-hoc Talent Acquisition Support
Agreed prior to engagement. (Retained service or flat fee)

Final pricing is always shaped around scope, complexity, and pace, and confirmed upfront before work begins.
What Happens Next
Engagements usually begin with an informal conversation to understand where you are and what you’re trying to achieve.
From there, I’ll recommend the most appropriate way of working, outline scope and expectations, and provide a clear proposal. Whether we move forward or not, the aim is for you to leave the conversation with greater clarity.
